I’m an award winning private chef here in Atlanta. I pride myself on creating great dinner experiences and entertaining my guests with fun food facts. I believe cooking should be an experience shared with everyone.

In 2017 I competed alongside my mom in the Atlanta Grace Caribbean Jerk competition and we were voted Atlanta’s best jerk sauce. From there I started vending at artist showcases and large scale events like bonfire atl. I’ve done it all from baby & bridal showers, birthdays, 50th extravaganzas to couples retreats. I’ve become a household staple for life events in my clients lives. I also host pop up brunch’s at popular restaurants. My most popular dishes are brunch items like shrimp and grits, CRUNCHCAKE waffles, Rasta pasta, Jerk Salmon and oxtail. My cooking style is Caribbean Fusion. My roots are from a Jamaica and St Vincent I come from a long line of bakers and cooks.

I've slowly introduced the idea of me writing a cook book. That idea has now become "a thing". Late nights and early mornings I've been perfecting all of my most requested recipes. I started The Food Trap 2015 I was studying at Georgia State University and I wanted to create a second stream of income. All of my friends were following their dreams. & I thought to myself WHY NOT? We all had goals we were working towards some soon to be lawyers, some entertainers, some entrepreneurs, and some with trades. Quickly I put together a menu and started selling $10 plates, cakes by the pound and hood lemonade for $5. I gathered my friends and we started trapping plates. Barbershop … there! Tattoo shop.... there! Outside the club... there! We would pretty much pull up anywhere and sell food. We fed the homeless, catered events, catered parties.
